Finfrock Industries (www.finfrock.com) closed on purchase of 4.25 acres on the water in downtown Naples, FL yesterday and is now set for construction of 189 room Hyatt House.  The deal was just over 12 months in the making.  Construction to start 1st quarter 2015 utilizing Finfrocks patented dual deck construction system.  The hotel is planned to be completed and ready for operation by the end of 2015.  The hotel will be an epic addition to cap off the East end of 5th Ave and will be much welcome to the downtown Naples area.  Everyone is raving about the interior and exterior design crafted by local star architect MHK and looking forward to completion.  The deal was brokered by Clark Pear of Premiere Plus Realty.  When asked how he managed to broker a deal that was not for sale he said “That’s what I do…I bring my investors the best deals on the planet that are not for sale”  To view renderings click link: Hyatt House
